We, the members of the Valley Pastors Prayer Network, join together in our affirmation of the following statement of faith and our central purpose –  demonstrating the love of God with one heart and mind.

1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons:  Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, ascension to the right hand of the Father, and future personal return in power and glory.
4. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for all people.
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit who, by His indwelling and filling, we are enabled to live a godly life.
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved unto the resurrection of life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ: that as one body, we have been united in the bonds of love, endowed with the gifts of the Spirit, and summoned by Christ to preach the Gospel of grace, to carry on the ministry of reconciliation, and to “Seek first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness…” so that all may see and partake of God’s love.
